1. Item Description:

Smart BMS support 3S-32S, 30A-500A. Communication options with UART(Bluetooth, GPS), RS485,CAN. Can be OEM RS232 and heating batteries function.

2.2Upper computer support below 3 kinds of communication.

2.21 USB to UART serial port

Advantage：Cheaper

Disadvantage：transmit speed is slow

2.22 USB to 485

Advantage：price is in medium

Disadvantage：transmit speed is medium

2.23 USB to CAN

Advantage：transmit speed is fast

Disadvantage：price is highest

2.3  Double click upper computer’s software, and double click “PCMaster.exw”to start.

2.4 Select”comm set”pls pay attention that different USB port with different serial port.

2.41 Upper computer can auto-Identify UART serial port is"COM7" ，select Baud rate“9600” ，and then click“Open serial port”

2.42 Upper computer can auto-identify 485 serial port is"COM4" ，select baud rate“9600” ，then click“Open serial port”

2.43 CAN connecting should be clicked“》” ，set“CAN device”、“CAN channel”、“Baud rate”, and then click”Open CAN”

2.5 The showing are the same of these kinds of communication, the data and result also are the same

2.52 Parameters set（set the parameters in blank place,after you set succeeded,the data will be green color. Pls read the parameters and screenshot to save before setting so that you can reset if you made mistakes. )After you set succeeded, Level 1 means warning, Level 2 means protection.(But Soc, temperature difference and voltage difference won't be protected when they are in Level 2.

2.55 History warning（It can be saved the fault records of batteries, when the power off,the data will be cleared)

2.56 BMS update（Factory will provide the OEM installing software to clients for update according to different requires from different clients. If is not OEM communication protocol, pls ignore it.)
